Thomas Brook is a tax lawyer and indirect tax specialist. Thomas has particular expertise in carbon pricing and credit trading. 

Thomas has advised clients in a variety of industries, including cruise and leisure travel, food products, oil and gas, infrastructure, transportation, retail, manufacturing and private equity. He has created customized indirect tax compliance and technology systems for multiple Fortune 500 companies with his team of technology professionals in Canada. He currently assists clients with implementing and opining on corporate reorganizations, financing, significant mergers and acquisitions as well as litigating tax disputes in all levels of court.

Prior to becoming a lawyer and indirect tax partner, Thomas completed a successful career as an engineer and business manager where he negotiated international joint venture agreements and managed foreign based businesses.
