Olivia’s practice focuses on all aspects of indirect and commodities taxes, including the GST/HST, provincial sales taxes and industry-specific taxes. 

She advises clients in various industries such as financial services oil and gas, and electronic commerce. Olivia also assists clients in their tax disputes with the tax authorities.

Prior to joining BLG, Olivia practiced as a tax lawyer in a large professional services firm, where she developed a practice in indirect and commodities taxes. She earned her LL.B. in 2018 and J.D. in 2021 from Université de Montréal.
