Andrea Venneri

As Chief Administrative Officer and Chief People Officer, Andrea is responsible for supporting and guiding the transformation of CPA Canada through a period of significant change. This includes promoting a supportive and inclusive culture and sponsoring a number of departments within CPA Canada: Transformation Initiatives, Integrated Communications, IT & Cybersecurity and People & Culture.

A bilingual leader, Andrea brings to the role more than 25 years of experience advising executives on corporate and people strategy development across the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Before joining CPA Canada, she served as a partner in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte Canada. There, she worked with senior leaders to align strategic priorities to the employee experience. Her responsibilities included developing new models of collaboration and building practical, adaptable roadmaps to guide long-term transformations.
